A nod to the traditional flavors. The cabbage & carrot remind us of traditional sauerkraut & the earthy tones of fennel, caraway & dill seeds call to mind grandmama’s dill pickles.

This is a great kraut for reubens & brats but is happy to stand on its’ own as well.
